Senior Manager, Quality Assurance
MedTouch seeks a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance in Somerville, MA.
Be responsible for MedTouch quality strategy and overseeing the release process to clients. Administer and develop testing tools, constantly looking for ways to advance quality through process. Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Client Services teams to coordinate software releases and deliver on quality commitments. Automating tests where appropriate. Producing and prioritizing bug reports. Analyzing and document test standards and procedures. Verifying that the load, scalability and performance requirements have been met on deliverables. Compose, execute and review client test plans and test cases. Build automated integration, stress, performance and long-haul tests for multiple environments and platforms. Job title of subordinates: Quality Assurance Engineer
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Biological Science plus 3 years of relevant experience. 3 years of experience testing the implementation and configuration of a CMS such as SiteCore or Acquia. 3 years of experience testing the content loaded into a CMS for accuracy, readability, and clarity of messaging. 3 years of experience managing a test team of 2-5 people. 3 years of experience with Git, Github, or other source control technologies. 3 years of experience with Windows/.NET environment and IIS. 2 years of experience developing and executing automated regression testing. 3 years of experience managing multiple QA environments.
