Senior Sitecore Developer

We develop web software for clients in the Healthcare market. Every project is unique and an opportunity to learn new technologies. We are a small development team, so there is an opportunity to wear a lot of hats.
Job Duties - What We Expect
- Develops and enhances (but not limited to) Sitecore CMS websites using latest industry standards and best practices.
- Relentlessly hold us to the principles of good software development – advocates for doing things the right way, not the fast way.
- Reviews code nd technical features for maintainability, performance and security standards compliance.
- Keeps up-to-date on the latest technologies (not just Microsoft) and is constantly look for ways that our clients could benefit from them.
- Eager to wear a lot of hats and improve process.
- Capable problem solver with a strong ability to do it alone but ask for help when needed.
Technical Experience
- Experience with Microsoft .NET software development, including thigns like WCF, LINQ, NHibernate, NUnit, Subversion, Visual Studio Team System
- Understanding of Windows Server and IIS setup and configuration.
- Adherence to the agile project methodology: deploy early/deploy often and adaptation.
- Development in Sitecore, SharePoint/MOSS or other Content Management Systems. Sitecore and Microsoft Certification is a significant plus.
- Skills in presentation layer technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX.
- Proficient in SQL Server
- Familiarity with Microsoft CRM/Dyanamics, Active Directory, and Sharepoint is a plus

Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with Sitecore CMS and web projects
- B.S. or B.A. in a computer science related major or comparable educational experience.
- Candidates responding must be currently eligible to work in the U.S.
