Web Project Coordinator

Interactive agency focused on healthcare is seeking a FT Project Coordinator/Research Assistant. In this position, you would be responsible for supporting the pre-sales cycle of incoming clients and post-sales reporting and client development of existing clients. This position would involve working closely with the Houston Managing Partner and VP of Client Services, serving as a point of contact for on-boarding new clients, maintaining and managing client websites, social media and search engine marketing management, helping to research and write reports for new and existing clients, and creating lots of interesting, compelling presentations.

What You Need to Know Walking in the Door

  1. Powerpoint, Word, and Excel. Seriously, it's critical to this position.
  2. Google Analytics reporting. You need to be able to pull, organize, analyze and deliver web reports under the guidance of our VP of Client Services and Houston Managing Partner.
  3. Assist partner in conducting industry research and trends. Develop and distribute reports to industry leaders.
  4. Develop internal project reports and distribute throughout the organization.
  5. Assist in social media and search marketing campaigns.
  6. Assist project managers in client communication.
  7. How to effectively communicate over the phone.
  8. How to compose emails, reports, and memos.
  9. How to prioritize multiple tasks from different bosses and manage your time effectively.

We would like for this person to have a Bachelor Degree in something interesting, or equivalent thereof.

About the position

  • This is a full-time hourly position.
  • This position is located onsite in our Houston, TX office.
  • Occasional travel is required.

  • How to update and manage websites via a content management system (Knowledge of HTML, PhotoShop and CSS is helpful)
