Core Physicians Website Design

Overview

MedTouch designed an innovative patient-focused website for Core Physicians, LLC, a community-based, multi-specialty group practice and affiliate of Exeter Health Resources Network, located in Exeter, NH. Core Physicians was looking to give visitors quick and easy access to their providers, which span 25 different locations. The website needed to assist patients in finding the right service and provider for their health needs. Core Physicians also sought to bring all their business transactions online, from finding a physician to selecting a location, becoming a patient and requesting an appointment.

The Problem

Exeter Health Resources came to MedTouch with two requests:

  • A desire to create websites for their entire health network with consistent branding
  • A need to improve their patient marketing strategy

The Solution

  • Create a patient-focused website for Core Physicians that is warm and easy to navigate
  • Integrate interactive map serving all 25+ Core Physicians locations to help patients find a provider and streamline the provider referral process
  • Develop a searchable provider directory, including 100 member physician profiles and additional affiliate network services
  • Integrate common forms and allow patients the ability to make health requests online 24/7
  • Speak directly to patients by avoiding jargon
  • Restructure content to facilitate navigation between Exeter websites
  • Present providers in the context of services, multimedia and actionable steps (online forms)
  • With search engine optimization, the site traffic has more than doubled since launch
