MedTouch and CPM Partner to Offer Personalization Intelligence to Hospitals

Hospitals can now offer personalized health information to patients via the website using leading CRM and web technology integration from MedTouch and CPM

MedTouch, a leading provider of web-based solutions for healthcare, and CPM Marketing Group Inc., the market leader for healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) and strategic marketing solutions, are pleased to announce a strategic partnership. MedTouch will begin integrating CPM’s Instant CRM (ICRM) system into its service offerings to clients’ websites and portals. 

With CPM’s cutting edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, MedTouch clients will be equipped with personalized communications and patient intelligence on a dramatic new level. The ICRM behavioral targeting technology enables hospitals to tailor marketing communications to current and prospective patients based on HIPAA-compliant information derived from psychographic, demographic, geographic, medical history and marketing campaign data aggregated by the hospital’s CRM database.
