Management Team
Paul Griffiths, CEO
Mr. Griffiths has been CEO of MedTouch since April of 2007 and prior to that, held the position of COO. As a co-founder, he has helped set the vision for the company from the beginning.
He is an active speaker in the healthcare marketing community. In addition to the dozen webinars MedTouch runs each year, 2007 found Mr. Griffiths giving talks around the country: from New England (NESHCo), to Tennessee (TSHPRM), to Florida (FSHPRM), to Las Vegas (11th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference.)
Prior to MedTouch, Mr. Griffiths managed online brand experiences for a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Most notably, he directed the consumer-facing channel for the now defunct Send.com, an online gift delivery network that raised $45 million from such VC luminaries as Greylock, Highland Capital, Benchmark and Charles Rivers Ventures in the late 90s.
Jonathan Liu, Vice President Finance and Operations
Jonathan brings a variety of experiences to MedTouch, ranging from working in the hospital laboratories to teaching linear algebra at Harvard. In particular, his previous role in Client Services adds an element of humanity to his new role in Finance and Operations.
One of Jonathan's most important responsibilities is to ensure that MedTouch operations run smoothly, ensuring that projects will continue to run on-time and without undesirable surprises.
He graduated magna cum laude in biomedical engineering from Harvard University and is extremely excited to get married this April.
Matthew Dillingham, Vice President, Client Services and Strategy
Matthew joined MedTouch in the Fall of 2007. As Vice President, Client Services and Strategy, Matthew is responsible for ensuring that client projects are completed on time, under budget, and to the level of quality expected by our clients. He also assists clients in focusing their Internet marketing strategy and tying it in with the organization's overall strategy.
Matthew has over nine years of experience in interactive marketing and operations. Prior to joining MedTouch, he held a variety of leadership positions in the health care, energy and financial services industries, including the oversight of marketing web services operations and web site strategy development for Texas Children's Hospital and Baker Hughes.
He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Marketing, and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.
Alexandra (Lexie) Gross, Director of Sales
Those who consider working with MedTouch will inevitably meet Lexie. And once you meet her, you will quickly realize that she's a get-it-done person. From the beginning, she ensures that prospects get a real taste of what it is like to be a MedTouch client: she works closely with each one to scope out needs and concerns in order to transition prospects into raving fans.
Already in 1995, Lexie was the lead English project manager at the first ever Patient Information portal linked to the Benjamin Franklin University Hospital in Berlin. Though she held various other positions since, including working in politics, journalism and academia, she is thrilled to be at MedTouch where she can again provide innovative web services to the patient community.
Aside from taking top-notch care of her clients, Lexie enjoys speaking German, world-travel, fine food and conversation, sailing on the Cape, exploring random places, participating in political actions, playing with her family and her four legged friends, but, most importantly, helping to make the world a better place for all.
Lexie holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and a M.A. in Political Communication from Emerson College and is still very active in alumnae and student organizations throughout the world.
Titi Alailima, Chief Architect
Titi has been with MedTouch since its inception and in deeply invested in fulfilling the company's vision of applying information technology intelligently to connect people with health care providers. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE (1994) and MSE (1996) in Electrical Engineering. After spending a few years developing mixed-signal microelectronic circuits at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, he looked for an opportunity to apply his technological skills in a less esoteric environment.
Since 1999, he has worked in Web technology, particularly content management systems and database-enabled Web applications. He designed Zipcar's online reservation system, the XML-based archive and display system of the Works of Jonathan Edwards Online at Yale University, and has overseen the development of all of MedTouch's products beginning with the first version of ContentBridge.
